美食厨房里飘斑斑做的是青蒜炒回锅肉,扬子手头正好有腊肉,替换了哈!
青蒜一把、腊肉一块、葱姜蒜沫适量、认真若干。
腊肉带着一种好闻的柴禾味,就是梆梆的硬啊!切得那个吃力啊~~
偶蒸!蒸它个绕指柔~~~锅时折磨腊肉半小时!

爆香葱姜蒜后先放腊肉,满屋的香味啊~~导致外边的麻雀落在外窗台巴望着…

放入青蒜快速翻炒,出锅前放少量的盐因为腊肉咸度不同!要小心掌握盐量。

蒸过的腊肉超级听话,让软就软让碎就碎~~~瘦肉让我炒碎了些。

酸菜排骨
材料:排骨,酸菜,青椒,红椒,葱,油,盐,胡椒粉,鸡精,酱油1.排骨切块洗净,用盐,油,酱油,鸡精,胡椒粉腌一下
2.酸菜洗净,把水压出来,切碎,青红椒葱也切碎
3.排骨下热油锅,煎至两面金黄,盛出备用
4.酸菜下油锅,翻炒,加糖,加盐,继续炒
5.加青红椒,炒几下,加排骨,再炒
6.加葱花,炒几下,加水,烧至收汁,上桌~吃啦!!
